Implementation Team Training

Half day session reviewing the ISO 9001 or TS 16949 standard and reviewing documentation. Great detail on the ISO 9001 / TS 16949 requirements as it relates to your company.

Internal Auditing


Training will be held on site at your company- with role play and real time audits. The typical course is three days in length. Depending on your customer specific requirements additional training may needed for your auditors.

This course meets the minimum training required by ISO 19011 for internal auditors. It provides attendees with the knowledge and skills necessary to assess and report on the conformance and effective implementation of processes, through internal audits, and to contribute to the improvement of the Quality Management System.
A comprehensive final exam will be given.

Documentation

Review document control strategies. One on one of appropriate personnel in the pertinent areas of the new system.

Employee Awareness Training

Teach groups what they need to know about the standard as how it relates to their area and review of specific documentation relevant to their jobs . Organized so similar job functions are trained together.
