This Problem Solving / Corrective Action / Root Cause Analysis workshop will help your company create a foundation for learning, measuring problem solving progress, and help you improve your corrective action system. Attendees will learn how to identify root cause(s) and implement solutions to significant or recurring problems. We will follow the 8D Problem Solving Methodology.
During this class we will cover problem definition, cause identification and solution selection. Participants can focus on internal issues found at your company or customer complaints.

ISO 9001:2008 Overview |
Introduction to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Standard. Benefits of becoming ISO registered; it is just not a marketing ploy. In addition, the class will cover Management Awareness Training, identifying your processes, what is the Process Approach.
The typical course is 4 to 8 hours in length. |

What is great about this course is that we will be performing hands-on process auditing using your existing documentation. You should be able to use those completed audits towards your internal audit program.
Students leave this course with actual audit experience having participated in at least one actual audit with a RABQSA or IRCA certified auditor.
The typical course is three days in length.
Depending on your customer specific requirements additional training may needed for your auditors.

In this internal auditing workshop we will be introduced to the ISO 9001:2008 / ISO 13485 Quality Management System Standard and the benefits of becoming ISO registered.
This course will be geared towards the medical device industry.
