Q. How flexible are you in terms of scheduling? Can you get your audit done before our registrar     comes in?

  A. These are important considerations. QAS can work with your schedule to meet your needs.

Q. Do you have an auditor in our area?

  A. QAS has local auditors covering Ohio , Michigan , Indiana , Kentucky , and Pennsylvania .

Q. Will we have an opportunity to interview the lead auditor who is assigned to your company?

  A. Yes of course. The client must be totally comfortable with the lead auditor before QAS will       being assigned to the client.

Q. Can I get a reference?

  A. Yes - QAS has many satisfied clients.

Q. Will I be billed for travel time?

  A. You will be billed for travel expenses but not travel time.

Q. How are nonconformances handled?

  A. We will document findings during at our audit - it is up to you on how you proceed with our       findings: You can enter one or all of our findings in your corrective action system.

Q. Will it be confidential?

  A. Yes, we have a signed confidentiality statement on - file, but can sign one at your facility also.
